This is my Terms of Service page for comissions!
Accepted:
*Fanart/canon characters
*Oc x Oc, OC X Canon, Canon x Canon (as long as its appropriate!)
*Pretty much any Mobian-style character.
Prohibited:
*Using Art for NFTS/AI of any kind!
*NSFW
*Inappropriate shipping (I.e proship)
*Fetish
*suggestive
*Gore
*Hate speech
TOS:
*My commissions are for personal use, you may not resell or earn money with them! But commercial rights may be discussed.
*You may post the finished piece to any social media, as long as credit is provided!
*You may not use my Art in any form of token trading or any kind of AI generation or training!
*I am within my right to decline and refund a comission if it is outside what I am comfortable with drawing!
*Payment is upfront via Ko-fi. If an issue arises, refunds can be made up until the colouring stage is completed of your comission, after which I will be unable to refund due to the amount of time put in!
*I will send you updates of the process so you may suggest altercations.
*I aim to get things completed within a week of purchase.
*A full resolution file will be sent to you when the commission is done
